Calgary Police Service has set up a mobile command centre at a property off 338 Ave near 112 Street west of Okotoks after arriving on the property Oct. 16.

Calgary Police Service is on scene at a rural property east of Okotoks that is believed to be linked to a suspicious disappearance last year. According to a press release by the Calgary Police Service (CPS), the acreage off 338 Avenue and 112 Street may be linked to the disappearance and possible homicide of Calgary man Adam Stewart Young, 35. Young hasn't been seen or heard from since leaving his residence in the 200 block of 11 Avenue S.E in Calgary at around 10 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2017. CPS executed search warrants on the property Tuesday evening to recover evidence relating to the investigation and the site is now home to a mobile police command centre, antenna and spotlight masts, and a large tent . CPS has no further comment and the presence is likely to continue for some time.
