RCMP seeking suspect after police vehicles rammed

Police are seeking public assistance identifying a male suspect that rammed two police cars with a pickup truck. Okotoks RCMP were responding to reports of an erratic driver in the Walmart parking lot Thursday around 5:30 p.m.

Police are seeking public assistance identifying a male suspect that rammed two police cars with a pickup truck.

Okotoks RCMP were responding to reports of an erratic driver in the Walmart parking lot Thursday around 5:30 p.m. when the driver proceeded to ram two patrol cars before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 30-35 years old with facial hair and medium brown hair, driving a 2002 white Dodge Ram truck bearing Alberta license plate BVF5334, believed to be stolen.

Police are urging the public not to approach the vehicle or suspect if spotted.
