Okotoks lit up once again for the holiday season with fire pits, hot chocolate, sweet treats, and spectacles for the family. The large Christmas tree at the Olde Towne Okotoks plaza was lit and carols were sung. The community rallied when for a period a child was thought to be missing, but he was soon found safe and sound. The festivities continued until fireworks capped off the night and folks went home to warm up.
