Okotoks RCMP have appealed for public assistance to locate a missing 13-year-old female. Jessie Thew, who is believed to have left her rural residence near Okotoks on the night of Feb. 23 to meet friends, was discovered missing on the morning of Feb.

Jessie Thew, who is believed to have left her rural residence near Okotoks on the night of Feb. 23 to meet friends, was discovered missing on the morning of Feb. 24. She has recently been in contact with friends, but has not returned home, and police believe she could be at risk.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 99 pounds, with long black hair, brown eyes, and possibly wearing a grey and black Columbia ski jacket with black knee-high winter boots.
