One person is dead after a collision west of Okotoks Saturday evening. Okotoks RCMP were on scene investigating a single-vehicle collision on 112 Street West, approximately one kilometre north of Highway 549 that occured around 7 p.m.

Okotoks RCMP were on scene investigating a single-vehicle collision on 112 Street West, approximately one kilometre north of Highway 549 that occured around 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17.
Police have confirmed one fatality, as well as four others having been transported to hospital in serious condition.
A collision analyst will be attending the scene to assist with the investigation.
Traffic is being rerouted well into the night on Saturday to allow for investigation.
