Historic encounter

Ninety-four-year-old Nan Graham points out some of the interesting tidbits in the Journal of the Pine Creek Trader from 1889-1892. The journal was a ledger from the Stopping House and Store from Pine Creek that was situated along the Macleod Trail. Graham lent the Heritage House Museum the ledger for its launch of the Lifeline to the West — The Historic Macleod Trail on Saturday. photo by Blair Braitenbach
