Environment Canada’s snowfall warning has been lifted for Okotoks and surrounding areas, but more snow is on the way.
Environment Canada’s forecast issued at 5 a.m. calls for snow throughout the day with accumulations of 5 cm.
Snow will continue overnight but tapers off tomorrow morning before ending near noon.
The daytime high will be 3C for the next three days, although by Thursday the sun will return.
It will gradually warm up with highs hitting 6C on Saturday, 11C on Sunday and 14C by next Monday.
Yesterday’s high was 16.8C.
