The Sheep Creek Arts Council is having their Open house and Registration Day on Jan. 12 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Come and see the clubs and classes being offered this winter/spring session and sign up. Also memberships are due to be renewed. It is only $10 a year to join clubs and sign up for classes.

Classes being offered include belly dancing, quilting (curved piecing and paper piecing), acrylic painting, watercolor painting, Zentangle, a theory course in “Visual Cues for Depicting the Illusion of Visual Space” by Susan Kristoffersen (this can apply to drawing, painting and quilting) and Craftstravaganza being held for parent and child on Friday nights 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. There is also a Rowan House Fundraiser “Scrapbook for a Cause” being held in March.
