Dear Editor,
In response to the article, editorial and letter concerning Animal House closing and the events leading up to it, my question is where were/are the RCMP?
The article cites examples of vandalism, intimidation and threats of physical assault.
These are criminal code violations, so the individuals involved should be arrested, charged and prosecuted. The excuse, “We have more pressing issues,” does not fly. Mob rule cannot be tolerated! For those who might be tempted to rationalize the actions of the “activist,” accepting that the “end justifies the means,” realize that tomorrow your livelihood/lifestyle might become the target of self-appointed activists.
