One of three high-school-age male youths charged with sharing intimate images plead not guilty and will face trial on three charges in November.
A two-day trial has been set for Nov. 8 and 9 in Okotoks Provincial Court and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for Sept. 30. The teen was not in court on April 1 when the trial date was set.
The teen is one of three youths who were charged in December with sharing intimate images of female friends and peers.
The other two accused plead not guilty in March and a two-day trial was set for December 14 and 15.
The three accused cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
