Newspaper deliver alternatives in place

Okotoks Western Wheel readers who receive their copy of the newspaper by mail can still pick up a copy in the event of a Canada Post work stoppage after July 2.

Okotoks Western Wheel readers who receive their copy of the newspaper by mail can still pick up a copy in the event of a Canada Post work stoppage after July 2.

If there is labour action, copies of the Western Wheel and the Western Wheel Weekend will be available in rural and other areas where the paper is usually delivered in the mail.

Western Wheel paper boxes will be placed in rural areas and next to post offices that could be affected.

More than half of the Western Wheel’s circulation is delivered by its carrier force, which will not be affected by possible labour action.

The Western Wheel is available for free in stores and other locations across the Foothills and additional copies will be made available at dealer locations.

Additional copies will be available at the Western Wheel Office at 9 McRae Street in Okotoks, at the MD of Foothills office and at partner newspaper offices.

The Western Wheel and Weekend are also available online, including an e-edition with the complete newspaper in digital format.
