Lower speed limits a cash grab

Dear Editor, Is the town council telling us every city, town, village in Alberta is unsafe because they all have 50 Kph speed limits? Or, is this simply a cash cow for the town and the sign manufacturer.

Dear Editor,

Is the town council telling us every city, town, village in Alberta is unsafe because they all have 50 Kph speed limits?

Or, is this simply a cash cow for the town and the sign manufacturer.

What is the deal with signs, if the council is serious about town beautifications how about getting rid of half the useless signs around town.

Five signs to tell us the speed limit is 50, oops, 40 in certain area is beyond ridiculous.
