The Okotoks Pro Rodeo kicks off tonight with plenty of hometown cowboys and cowgirls — including one of the hottest bull riders in the country.

Brock Radford of Longview is coming off a first-place ride in Pincher Creek and has crept up to third-place in the Canadian Pro Rodeo Association standings.

The Foothills Composite grad is up tonight (Aug. 26) at the Murray Arena. He has drawn the Vold bull Johnny Ringo.

Following is the list of the Foothills area athletes in the main performances at the Okotoks Pro Rodeo Aug. 26-28 and the slack on Friday following the perf at approximately 9:30 p.m.

Friday, 7 p.m.
