Dear Editor,
It is unacceptable that South Kananaskis is slotted to be clear cut in the near future! Can we not strive to protect what makes this area so special, not just in our province but in our country and the world.
Just think of how it makes you feel when you drive along Highway 40 in all that spectacular natural beauty. Now, think how it makes you feel when you head down the Forestry Trunk road and see all the clear cut areas.
It takes more than a lifetime for the forest to regrow but it never recovers.
